They extended the payment date to 25th June(refer Strategymnasty blog).You cannot let go of a customer who pays in thousands for his post paid connection.And so you cannot give him an ultimatum.Such strategies wilt.All of 'em do,that are based on the premise that they are in charge of weaning the customer of something which shall render him helpless.
The fact is the consumer shall continue to be rendered services by someone else, if not you.And then who shall be helpless is as good as anybody's guess.
Anyway what's awesome about this incumbent that i subscribe to for my cell phone services does'nt believe its necessary to furnish details of the account that the cheque needs to be drawn in favor of in the monthly bill!
It took me three calls,5 minutes of waiting time,IVR messages,one customer service agent(that's neat!) and 20 minutes in total to figure out whom I had to pay!
