You hit the nail on the head, Sarthak.
Most dissatisfied customers will happily share their ideas for improving your service and tell you exactly how they could be made happier -- but you have to ASK.

Don't assume that because nobody has piped-up with a complaint that everything is hunky-dory. Most customers will just fade away and stop doing business with you. One day you turn around and they're gone -- you don't know how it happened, you don't know why it happened -- but the guy down the street delivering those mustard packets and getting the pizza there in 55 minutes just won your customer.

Business goes where it's invited, but it stays where it is valued.
